2. What data we collect

When you submit the appointment request form on this website, we collect the information you provide, namely:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your email address (optional);
• the treatment package you selected;
• your preferred date and time;
• any message you choose to add.

We do not collect this data unless you actively submit the form.

3. Purpose & legal basis

We process the data you provide solely to handle and respond to your appointment request and to contact you about it.

The legal basis for this processing is:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when submitting the form;
• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (i.e. arranging the requested appointment).

4. Storage duration

We keep your data only for as long as it is needed to handle your request, or for as long as we are legally required to retain it. Once it is no longer needed and no legal retention obligation applies, the data is deleted.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Your data may be processed on our behalf by technical service providers (e.g. our website hosting provider) strictly for the purpose of operating this website and handling your request.

6. Cookies & tracking (Meta Pixel)

This website uses the Meta Pixel (also known as the Facebook Pixel), a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. We use it for marketing measurement — to understand how visitors interact with the site and how effective our advertising is.

The Meta Pixel is loaded only after you give your consent via the cookie banner shown when you first visit the site. If you decline, the pixel is not loaded and no related cookies are set. Until you accept, no tracking or marketing cookies are placed on your device.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — for example by deleting the cookies stored by this site in your browser (which will cause the banner to appear again so you can decide anew), or by declining when prompted.

When the Meta Pixel is active, data (such as your IP address and information about your interaction with the site) may be transmitted to Meta and processed including in the USA, a country which may not provide the same level of data protection as the EU.
